The school built in 1780 has been elaborately restored and opened in 2015 by Josef Walch as an extraordinary gourmet restaurant. As part of the gourmet hotel Rote Wand in Lech am Arlberg, guests are pampered with regional and local dishes created by the 3-toque-chef.

The architects Dietrich and Untertrifaller were able to combine a clear design with alpine atmosphere. The guests are invited to stay and enjoy with traditional flair, but without kitsch.

The discreet design of the String ARC luminaire range fits perfectly in the special atmosphere of the gourmet restaurant. The unobtrusive lamps are not at the forefront and are integrated in the room in style. The escape signs are reduced to the basics and correspond to the requirements of the project.
